Getting Your Soulmate Or Twin Flame Out of Your Thoughts

Getting your soulmate or twin flame out of your thoughts can be extremely difficult.

With the soulmate or twin flame connection, telepathic communication can come through thoughts and feelings. Soulmates and twin flames often have thoughts of one another randomly pop in and out of their heads throughout the day.

This may freak some folks out, that matter how hard they try they can’t get their soulmate or twin flame out of their thoughts. If you and your soulmate or twin flame are estranged, it can make a person feel as if they’re possessed. They feel they have no control of their own thoughts, no matter how hard they try to control them.

THE CONNECTION KEEPS THEM IN YOUR THOUGHTS

We often tell clients this is a phenomenon that occurs with deeply spiritual connections. We also tell them they’re not alone in the process. They aren’t going crazy, this is a normal occurrence between soulmates and twin flames.

But how do you handle it when you’re apart? It makes it so hard to get through the day and almost impossible to move on.

So what, if anything, can you do to get your soulmate or twin flame out of your thoughts? Is there any way to stop it?

HOPING FOR REUNION

The first thing to consider, do you want your soulmate or twin flame to come back? If you do, thoughts of them randomly popping into your head could be a sign they’re thinking of you. This could give you validation and some peace of mind if you’re hoping they will return.

Don’t take the random thought and run with it. Just stay with the one thought. Was it about missing them? A random thought or memory of a good time? A sexual thought?

If it really is random, then this could be exactly what your soulmate or twin flame is thinking about. If you want them back, this is really good news. You don’t want to think negatively, otherwise that’s the thought you could be sending back to them.

So if you want them back, then just think “Call me” and then go about what you were doing or thinking about. If you want them back you really don’t want to be thinking “We will never get back together”. That’s sending them the wrong message.

RANDOM THOUGHTS ARE A GOOD THING

Random thoughts about or from your soulmate or twin flame can be a good thing. If you are in a relationship, it can give you a signal to call them, or that they need you. It should make you happy they may be thinking of you at the same time. It’s harder when spiritual couples first meet to get that under control. The longer you’re together, the easier it can be to handle. It can also come in very handy.

It’s surprising how many soulmates and twin flames read each other’s thoughts without realizing it. You could be driving home from work and a thought of them pops into your head. Suddenly, you have an idea to bring them their favorite Chinese take-out. When you get home they tell you they’ve been thinking about how much they would like to have their favorite Chinese take-out tonight for dinner. Coincidence? Doubtful.

If your soulmate or twin flame are in your thoughts, chances are you are in theirs. Try and make the best of it, and use it to your advantage.

  1. I don’t want to believe in soulmates. I have rationalized it away many times but my feelings for a specific person, no matter how iirational, keeps the idea alive. I don’t understand how I have come to love this person the way that I do. She was just another coworker who is very much older than me and married. Until she started to invade my thoughts. I’m not sure when it began but I know when I realized I was falling for her.
It’s ridiculous. I’m too young for a married woman. It is so irrational to miss her, to want her, to love her. I changed jobs and moved to a different state to get her out of my system but it isn’t working. I catch myself thinking about her and how beautiful and amazing she is. I snap back to reality and try all over again to push her out of my thoughts. It hurts because I love her for who she is and I will never tell her how I feel. I will take this to the grave. As much as I would like to see her again I think it is best for my sanity and self-preservation that I never see her again. So the idea of soulmates lives on for me only because these irrational feelings keep festering.
